Servicing and support
We provide servicing for printers and copiers that you have bought or rented from us. Let us know if there’s an issue and we’re able to help you address it within two hours on a business day. We also have a first-time fix rate of over 90%, so you can be confident that your printer will be back up and running soon.
We don’t just provide support when you have an issue. We also offer one-on-one training sessions to help you learn the ins and outs of your chosen printer. This gives you the knowledge to use your printer effectively, maximising productivity while minimising costs.
Rent or buy
We offer our customers the choice between renting and buying their chosen printer or copier. Sometimes, temporarily leasing a device may be a more convenient and financially viable option for a business. We understand this and like to provide flexibility that creates great options for anyone
